The Hazeva Fort
Archaeology and History
This fort was a central location during Biblical, Nabatean, and Roman times.
Digging at the site uncovered forts dating back to the First Temple, and include Nabatean and Roman buildings and an Edomean temple.
Next to the site stands a 1,000-years-old jujube tree.
