The winery produces 3,000 bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, aged in oak barrels between one year, and one and a half years.

The brewery is a boutique brewery - Pepo's Brewery makes beer using traditional methods in the process of cooking grains, in small volumes.
