Tomb of Yonatan Ben-Uziel

Tradition says that people who pray to meet their soul-mate at the tomb of Second Temple-era sage Rabbi Yonatan Ben-Uziel, in the scenic Birya Forest near Safed, will be married within the year. It is particularly significant to pray at the tomb, on the anniversary of the rabbis death, on the Hebrew date of 26 Sivan in late spring. Those seeking a match often leave notes with contact information in and around the white-domed tomb to help the sage with his task.
