El-Kheir Restaurant

El-Kheir is a family restaurant located in the heart of central Carmel,

across from the Auditorium.

From the terrace you can see the trees of the Carmel Mountain,

all the way the University of Haifa.

The taste of the food is that of Druze village cuisine.

Shulbata (chickpea and bulghur wheat dish), Babaganoush (baked eggplant salad),

Siniya, Maskhan (chicken and onions baked on dough),

are only some of the dishes in the restaurant.
