The restaurant was opened by Lior Golan and Idan Lipshitz (chef),
whom also have another restaurant in Moshav Beit She'arim Bella Restaurant,
which specializes in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
The manager of the restaurant, Yonatan Ben-Tal,
was the former manager of the "Thai House Restaurant," in the heart of Tel Aviv.
Chang Ba, serves Asian street food (mainly Thai),
and the menu features business lunches including:
appetizer + main course + beverage.
