Zedekiah's Cave
Archaeology and History
A large, well-lit cave in the wall of the Old City, which was a quarry in the days of the Second Temple.
According to popular legend, King Tsidkiyahu fled from the Babylonians through this cave, from Jerusalem to the plains of Jericho.
