Bet aful was established in 1952, when our beloved grandparents moved to Israel from Egypt and opened a small serving shack in the old city of Be'er Sheva.
Delicious food made with extra love was served, following secret family recipes brought along from Egypt.
Over the years, the small business grew into a real restaurant.
Grandpa and Grandma's special recipes continued to be passed on from generation to generation and are still kept in secret until this day.
We, the next generation, continuously add new and modern modifications to the original recipes, in order to reach new and exciting tastes.
