The Gillis family's meat restaurant is located in Moshav Nov, next to the family's butchery.

The Gillis family has been raising cattle for more than 45 years.

The restaurant was opened to give people a personal experience with fine meats. The restaurant is open on Thursday's for reservation and uses A La Carte menu options.

There is also the possibility of hosting groups for dinner and meat workshops any day of the week by prior coordination.

The restaurant serves its meats like a traditional steak-house. To accompany the dishes the restaurant serves side salads, hot side dishes, local wines, beer, and dessert.
