Milgo and Milbar is the culmination of the collaboration between chefs Moti Titman and Or Michaeli.
Together, the two work to create a modern Israeli kitchen that incorporates their unique interpretation of international cuisines, focusing on the highest quality local ingredients native to the land and continuously striving to stay one step ahead of new trends in cuisine.
The two chefs present their work in the epicenter of Tel Aviv culture: on the corner of Rothschild Boulevard and Marmorek Street, directly across from Habima, the National Theater of Israel
