Chef-owner Guy Kimchi opened La Boca in 2006 after an extensive journey through South America.
La Boca spent 8 years at its location on Emek Refaim Street and became one of Jerusalem kosher dining cornerstones before relocating to downtown Jerusalem.
Kimchi’s encounters with Latin America’s diverse culinary landscape are on full display throughout the menu with representation from all over — Mexican enchiladas, Peruvian ceviche, Argentinian steak and many more South American-inspired dishes adapted to the Israeli palate.
