Between the alleys of Old Jaffa to the "Pishpushim" flea market is the "Shabtai Hayafe" Restaurant, one of the oldest fish and seafood restaurants in Jaffa, Tel Aviv, for more than 40 years.
Shabtai Hayafe's cuisine is based on daily fresh fish from the sea, combined with raw materials imported from Greece and local produce.
The style of their cooking has been passed from generation to generation, and actual cooking in the restaurant focuses on the charcoal grill and the frying methods.
Among the dishes served in the restaurant, alongside the fish and seafood, you will find traditional salads from Greece, such as: Tzatziki, Skordelia, Taramasalata, and more.
