Eucalyptus

Meat, Fish, World

The eucalyptus restaurant is located in Hutzot Hayotzer opposite the Old City walls of Jerusalem, in an ancient stone house with a balcony overlooking the walls.

The restaurant is run by the famous chef Moshe Besson, who draws his inspiration from biblical culture and brings it to the restaurant.

The restaurant's dishes are characterized by scenes from the biblical world, rich in herbs and spices that were an integral part of the ancient cuisine, and were almost forgotten for hundreds of years.
