Angelica

Angelica' Restaurant is a chef's restaurant in Jerusalem owned by chefs Erez Margi and Marcus Gershkowitz.
The restaurant's menu is based on seasonal products using classic French technique and even from Asian cuisine.
Among the main dishes, you will find such things like the roasted chicken breast with mustard vinaigrette and caramelized onions.
The chicken breast is prepared using the Sous-Vide method.
